Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to the services provided online by the online store to its customers. We sell online services to adult private individuals in Finland.

Service Description

The company offers online courses. The online courses are hosted on the Koulutuskone cloud platform. More information about the cloud platform can be found at: https://www.koulutuskone.fi

Ordering Online Courses and Pricing

Participation in online courses takes place by registering and ordering the relevant product through the online store’s shopping cart. Placing an order requires providing an email address at the time of ordering. Use of the services requires that the customer has access to an internet connection and a computer or mobile device capable of connecting to the internet.

Prices are charged according to the price list in effect at the time of ordering. Prices include the applicable VAT. No delivery charges are added to the prices. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and delivery terms.

All orders are confirmed by email. The order confirmation sent to the customer serves as proof of payment; no other receipt will be issued. The order confirmation is also accessible in the customer’s own account in the company’s online store.

The customer agrees to the current delivery terms with each order placed.

Order Cancellation

The customer gains access to the online course immediately after payment. This means that the delivery of the service to the customer has begun electronically with the customer’s consent before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period applicable to distance selling. For this reason, the 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to online courses purchased from the online store.

Problems with Service Use

If technical or other problems arise in using the online store or online courses, the customer must promptly contact the company by email or phone.

Ordering Products Other Than Online Courses

Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and delivery charges. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will show the products ordered and the price.
